What we expect from every user

Planfirme is a private workspace for people planning life's most important moments together. We ask every user to treat this space — and the people they share it with — with respect, honesty, and care.

What is never allowed

• Uploading or sharing illegal content of any kind
• Uploading sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Sharing content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors
• Using Planfirme™ to harass, threaten, or intimidate another person
• Sharing content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Using the platform to conduct fraud or scam other users
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Reselling access to Planfirme without written authorization

A note on sensitive project types

Photo moderation

Photos uploaded to Planfirme are automatically scanned by software — not viewed by humans — to detect prohibited content such as explicit material and violence. This process happens instantly in transit. Photos that pass are stored securely in your project. Photos that are flagged are not stored and you will be notified. No one at Planfirme or our moderation service views your photos.

Reporting a violation

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at hello@planfirme.app. Include as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.

We review all reports and may take action including content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on the severity of the violation.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these guidelines, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation. We aim to be fair and consistent in how we apply these rules.
