Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Planfirme booking widget and associated scheduling services ("Booking Services"). By using Booking Services, you agree to this AUP.
1. Purpose
The Booking Services allow independent service providers ("Providers") to offer appointment scheduling to clients ("Clients"). This AUP sets the rules for all parties.
2. Provider Responsibilities
As a Provider, you agree to:
- Provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Honor confirmed bookings or notify Clients promptly of cancellations.
- Respond to Client inquiries within a reasonable time.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including licensing requirements for your profession.
- Not collect payment outside the platform for bookings made through Planfirme.
- Maintain a professional and respectful environment.
- Not discriminate against Clients based on protected characteristics.
- Keep your profile, services, and availability up to date.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information when booking.
- Arrive on time or notify the Provider in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Treat Providers with respect.
- Not make bookings with fraudulent intent.
- Not book appointments you do not intend to honor.
- Not use the booking system to harass or spam Providers.
- Honor cancellation policies set by the Provider.
- Not attempt to circumvent the platform by taking transactions off-platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Booking Services to offer or book illegal services, adult or explicit content services, services that violate Planfirme's Terms of Service, services designed to defraud or harm others, or any service that violates applicable law.
5. Content Standards
All content submitted through Booking Services (profile photos, service descriptions, messages) must:
- Be accurate and not misleading.
- Not contain explicit, adult, or offensive material.
- Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. No-Show and Cancellation Policy
Providers set their own cancellation policies, which Clients agree to at the time of booking. Planfirme is not responsible for enforcing refunds or penalties but reserves the right to remove Providers or Clients who abuse the booking system.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between Providers and Clients are the responsibility of the parties involved. Planfirme may assist with information but is not a party to the service agreement between Provider and Client and does not guarantee service quality or outcomes.
8. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access to Booking Services. Planfirme reserves the right to remove any profile, listing, or booking that violates this policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planfirme is not liable for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of services offered by Providers.
- Client no-shows, cancellations, or disputes.
- Any damages arising from bookings made through the platform.
- Loss of revenue due to technical issues or downtime.
Use of Booking Services is at your own risk.
